This is a non-refundable deposit to reserve a Custom Whole Hog. You will pay $3.75/lb. hanging weight to us (Gillispie's County Line Farm, LLC) PLUS processing fees paid directly to the butcher (T&E Meats). We will contact you with the hanging weight and remaining payment is due within 72 hours of notification. You will pay for your processing fees directly to T&E Meats upon completion approximately 1-2 weeks after dropoff. (You can expect a combined total of approximately $900-$1,100 depending on how you chose to cut & pack your hog).


**A 3.5% processing fee will be added for all bulk purchases paid via credit card or PayPal.
