This is a non-refundable deposit to reserve a Custom Whole Hog. You will pay $3.75/lb. hanging weight to us (Gillispie's County Line Farm, LLC) PLUS processing fees paid directly to the butcher (T&E Meats). We will contact you with the hanging weight and remaining payment is due within 72 hours of notification. You will pay for your processing fees directly to the butcher upon completion approximately 1-2 weeks after dropoff. (You can expect a combined total of approximately $900-$1,100 depending on how you choose to cut & pack your hog).
We have a few whole hog reservations available for October 2020 hogs.
**A 3.5% processing fee will be added for all bulk purchases paid via credit card or PayPal.
