This is a non-refundable deposit to reserve a Custom Half Hog. You will pay $3.75/lb. for half of the hanging weight to us (Gillispie's County Line Farm, LLC) PLUS processing fees for your half of the pig paid directly to the butcher (TBD). We will contact you with the hanging weight and remaining payment to us is due within 72 hours of notification. You will pay for your processing fees directly to the butcher upon completion approximately 1-2 weeks after dropoff. (You can expect a combined total of approximately $500-$600 depending on the size of your pig and how you choose to cut & pack your hog).
We have a few Half Hog reservations available for October 2020 hogs.
**A 3.5% processing fee will be added for all bulk purchases paid via credit card or PayPal.
